The shipping amount real will not be refunded if the package is returned to the sender due to incorrect or incomplete information.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide their personal information accurately and clearly in order to ship orders in the best possible conditions.
All orders are sent on condition that the following information is filled in:

• Last name
• Street
• House / apartment number
• City
• Postal code
• Phone number
• E-mail adress

Every detail is important and is required for timely and successful delivery with all shipping companies.

IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT PICK UP THE PACKAGE FROM POINT RELAIS IF MONDIAL RELAY IS CHOSEN AS SENDING METHOD:

The merchant will keep your package at your disposal for a minimum of 7 calendar days, this period of up to 14 calendar days, depending on the constraints of the activity and the services chosen.

After this period, the package will be returned for the shipping amountand package preparation costs will not be refunded:

• Order with less than 3 items: 1 € + Shipping amount.
• Order with more than 3 items: 2 € + Shipping amount.
